Director – Raoni Assis
Raoni Assis is a visual artist, born an illustrator, in Olinda, Pernambuco. He works with films, panels, sculptures, tattoos, canvases, watercolors, acrylics, pastels, pens, pencils, and charcoal. He is a comic book artist. His drawings have been published in newspapers, magazines, posters, and walls in Brazil and abroad. He has directed two award-winning animated short films and is responsible for the visual identity of urban spaces and events such as the World Cup, the Olinda Carnival, the Garanhuns Winter Festival, and Galo da Madrugada. He is the creator, curator, and coordinator of Casa Balea and the production company A Casa do Cachorro Preto.
