The documentary is a journey through the best contemporary architecture by international architects, known as Archistars, in the Veneto region. The film shows, through the architects’ and the clients’ interviews, the Bolle Nardini by Massimiliano and Doriana Fuksas (a building for corporate use), Ca’ delle Alzaie by Stefano Boeri (a building for residential use), the H-Farm Campus Library by Richard Rogers (an educational building) and tells how they have been inserted in their environmental context.

Director – Andrea Franchin

Andrea Franchin was born in 1984 and raised in Montebelluna (TV), he showed a great interest in comics and films from an early age. After high school, he attended the course in Discipline dello Spettacolo at the University of Padua. Dreamer, always inspired by great legends such as George Lucas, Howard Hughes and Dino De Laurentiis, he decides to leave Italy and move to Los Angeles to learn the profession of cinema. Here he graduated from the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios and in the following two years he participated in the production of over 60 projects. In 2021 and 2022 he produces and directs “Archistars Tales: Veneto” a documentary that tells the story of three great architectural works in Veneto created by internationally renowned architects. The project is funded by the Ministry of Culture and the Veneto Region. In parallel with FNK Industries he produces corporate videos and commercials for various large companies mainly in the Veneto region. From 2016 he joined the collective Maremoto Studio Creative, a group of companies that offers services for communication at 360 degrees (www.maremotostudio.it).
