It is a one-week witness documentary in which I try to understand and explain what happened in Hatay after the 6 February earthquakes, what was done and what could not be done.

In early 2000’s he worked as DoP and editor in various independent projects in New York, while also designing and building custom furniture. In 2007 he moved to Istanbul to embark on his directoral debut project, “Ecumenopolis: City Without Limits”, released in 2011. He continues making documentaries focusing on urban and human rights issues, and custom furniture in his Istanbul woodshop.
