Documentary about the deadly lung disease silicosis that sneaks up in the mines in Aydın. The documentary “When the Time Comes” tells the tragedy of Uğur Aydoğdu, Saliha İnce, Şenol Girgin and Ahmet Açıkgöz, who were fired from their jobs because they caught silicosis in the mines. This documentary includes the stories of workers who have been subjected to usurpation of their rights, as well as the stories of activists who fight for the law along with the environmental struggle.

Murat Yüksel, has been interested in documentary art for more than 10 years. He worked as a citizen journalist in Izmir for a while and directing his camera to social issues, Yüksel makes documentaries on social memory.
